• Job order and repair details — including status, assigned engineer or technician, items, quantities, and work performed, as recorded in our internal systems.

Automatically collected information

• Push notification token — a device-specific identifier generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to deliver notifications about job order status updates. This token is not linked to any personal profile beyond your App account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Verify your identity and provide secure access to the App
• Display job orders and related details relevant to your account or role
• Send you notifications when a job order's status changes (e.g., when a repair is completed)
• Communicate service updates via WhatsApp, where applicable
• Maintain and improve the App's functionality and security

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Zoho CRM — stores and manages customer, contact, and job order records.
• Google Firebase — provides phone number verification (OTP), authentication, and push notification delivery.
• Meta WhatsApp Business Platform — used to send job order status notifications via WhatsApp, where you have an active conversation with our business number.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security practices. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your account and job order information for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with our business and legal obligations. If you no longer wish to use the App, you may request that your account be deactivated by contacting us using the details below.
